My passion is helping people.  Fortunately, I work in a profession that allows me to help people and their businesses achieve their goals. I conduct a broad business law and consulting practice.  My goal with each of my clients is to understand the nature and perspective of my clients’ issues, to help my clients articulate their goals, to devise appropriate solutions, and to execute the process to obtain results.

I attended Stanford University, and obtained my B.A. degree with departmental honors in 1979.   I earned my law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1982.   I am licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas.
